NJCL 2025 (7/7): google forms, 2 mtgs left

salvete, Nationals delegates!

We're just under two weeks from our departure to the NJCL convention on July 19!  Please read the following EIGHT updates carefully:

#1: After registering, you received an email with a link to a Google/Bolo form from the NJCL office.  The following students still need to complete it: Dylan Bowers, Max Zhao

#2: Complete this Google info form from TSJCL ASAP.  N.B. for students: for Chaperone, type "TBD" for now. The following students still need to complete it: Dylan Bowers, Xander Mancillas, Pratheek Talathoti, Max Zhao

#3:  Our next summer meeting is this Friday, July 11 starting at 9:00 am in the HCHS library.  We'll be available until Noon, but you can come and go whenever you want.  Check out this slideshow for the meeting agendas.

#4: Our final pre-departure meeting is next Wednesday, July 16 starting at 1:00 pm.  This is mandatory for all attendees.  We will discuss everything related to convention, including rules and expectations, and answer any questions you may have.

#5: Families, please check out our trip travel itinerary.  It's still tentative, and updates will be made to the Google doc in real time, but the major details are set so you can plan accordingly.  To receive updates during convention, join our NJCL Family Remind by following these instructions or using this direct link.

#6: Housing: All delegates stay at the campus dorms during the convention.  Two student delegates of the same gender will share a room.  The roommate assignments are based on the preferences you indicated earlier.

#7: All information about Nationals can be found in the 2025 FAX document.  Make sure to pay attention to deadlines for pre-convention contests like virtual graphic arts contests (July 11).
